Register online. Simply fill out the form below. You can register for several people and/or workshops using one form. Simply add each person's name or workshop name in the Workshops Name box. Don't forget to add an e-mail address (preferred) and/or phone number. Once you click Submit, you will be directed to the Payment page for payment information. You will receive a registration confirmation within 48 hours.  

If you prefer to mail your registration, print a completed form and mail it with your payment (payable to Bailiwick Workshops LLC) to:  Bailiwick Workshops, P.O. Box 3222, Oshkosh, WI 54903.
